Your hosts Ellen and Beth have combined their expertise to create a setting for you to unwind your mind, body and soul. With nutritious real food, pilates lessons, great walks, nutrition talks, pampering and time to rest. With our experience in pilates and nutrition we are well suited to ensure you get the most from your retreat.
Beth Howes
Beth Howes is a comprehensive pilates teacher with a well equipped studio in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. Beth completed an 18 month training programme with The New York Pilates Studio, Pembrokeshire Pilates and Classical Pilates UK and is fully certified in Authentic Pilates. She has helped many people to build core strength and overcome injuries and weaknesses.
Ellen Picton
Ellen Picton is a registered nutritionist for her own company Healthaspire which opened its doors back in 2014. Since then Ellen has helped over 1,000 private clients with nutritional therapy and worked with many companies offering wellbeing programmes. She is also a published author of the 'Real food cookbook' which has been endorsed by Dr Zoe Harcombe; Ellen believes that food is truly our medicine.
